Although Trellis Capital Partners has strong banking relationships, its credit platform is not regulated like a typical bank.  As a result, we can structure our loans to offer flexible capital solutions to our borrowers.  Trellis Capital Partners’ principals also understand the challenges that come with real estate projects in all stages and can structure its products to work for your project.

Senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity

Acquisition, bridge, renovation, construction and stabilized properties


Proceeds

Senior Loans: $10,000,000 and up

Mezzanine and Preferred Loans: $5,000,000 and up


Amortization

Flexible; Interest Only but amortization may be required in certain instances


Advance Rate

Up to 80% LTC, 70% LTV


Interest Rates

Flexible, Floating Rate


Recourse

Typically non-recourse with standard carve outs but principal recourse may be requested in certain instances


Geography

Top 25 metropolitan statistical areas and other major population centers in the US
